All mailings are done during the day around 9:00 am. Bulk Mailings usually take about 2 hours to complete. You will assist the Parish Office with collating, labeling, stuffing, sealing and sorting into mail trays for bulk mailings. Volunteers are called on a "as needed basis" and your availability of the time and days of the week for the completion of the project is necessary.

Volunteer Time Commitment

Time: Usually takes about 1 1/2 hours for total project

Date: Once a Month - usually the last Tuesday or Wednesday at 9:00 am

Volunteer Opportunities

Approximately 5 - 7 volunteers are needed per month to complete a project. A pool of volunteers are put on a rotation list and called to see if they are available for the given date of the project. Morning availability is required. Calls are made on an "as needed" basis.
